Mr. Minyard,
I withdraw my objection to the relocation of a shed to the property located at 523 E. Eight Street in Little Rock with the
understanding that it will not interfere with the parking space at the side of my building located at 812 Sherman Street. I
commend the owner on their recent efforts to repair and maintain their property and do not feel that, accepting a 6' set
back from their rear property line and the updates to the shed noted in their application, I have any grounds to object.
