Ref: Remove and Replace Shingles
Remove existing, approximately 48 squares, of shingles and replace with
architectural shingles. Repair or replace flashing on front dormer.

We propose hereby to furnish 48 squares of shingles, material and labor, to
complete project in accordance with above specifications for the sum of Seven
thousand Seven hundred dollars ($7,700.00)
Payments as follows: $3,500.00 at start and then balance at substantial completion.
