RE: Historical Storm Windows
SEARK Enterprises proposes the following:
SEARK Enterprises shall install Historically Approved, Allied One Lite exterior
storm windows for the MacArthur Museum of Military History as follows:
The Windows shall be the Allied One Lite, Type A and Type C design, as
manufactured by Allied Window of Cincinnati, OH.
The Color shall be Standard White. (Custom colors are available at an additional
cost.)
The Glass shall be clear annealed. The transoms, side lites and any other location
required by existing building codes, shall be clear tempered glass.
This Proposal includes the installation of all Allied storm windows, two (2)
approved replacement windows at the ends of the building in the basement area, surface
cleaning of the existing window exterior glass and frame prior to the installation, removal of
all waste and debris, total job complete.
*Workers compensation and general liability insurance are included with this Proposal.
*All taxes, fees and building permits are included with this Proposal.
Total cost of all labor and material stated above: $88,900.00
