RE: Storm windows
Mr. McAteer,
Please note the Proposal for the Allied Storm Windows to be installed at the
MacArthur Museum.
This Proposal has accounted for a modest increase in material cost that should cover a
typical material cost increase over the first two quarters of calendar year 2018. Additionally,
I have included a 15% surcharge to cover Architectural fees, etc.
I spoke with Tim Heiple (current project Architect) concerning the painting of the
windows. He told me that the painting of the existing windows will be performed with the
current construction project by Morris-Beck. For this reason, I have NOT included any
additional painting with the storm window installation proposal.
