Brian,
I went today and took pictures of the storm windows at the Old State House. Like our windows, those at
OSH are double hung, as are our sidelights. Both have a clearly defined meeting rail that divides the top and
bottom sashes. As you can see, the storms are two separate windows that forma "muntin" in the middle that
matches the meeting rail. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns. See you Monday evening.
