I hope everything works out for doing this project as the storm windows would help protect the windows and improve the energy consumption for the building. The letter of intent was submitted earlier this week. We are requesting funds to install storm windows on the Arsenal Building. If approved, the timing will be great, since the windows will have just been 2 repainted as part of the porch renovation project. I have attached a quote from SEARK Enterprises of Pine Bluff, which is the same company that installed the storm windows on the Old State House Museum a few years ago. Can you review the proposal and let me know if you see a problem? I know AHPP will need to provide a letter of approval due to the façade easement. We can then use the letter to get approval from both the federal and local folks. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Thanks so much for your help.
