Mr. Minyard,
On behalf of the Owner (Dr. Delbra Caradine), we herewith submit the following in
response to the decisions tabled during our hearing before the Little Rock Historic District
Commission on January 7, 2018.
Attached are the following:
a) Garage door: Change the residential wood garage doors (with window lites) to a
commercial grade steel rolling door (no window lites) with "coiled " slats (color
'gray'). Overhead Door Model 620, or similar. Electric motor operated, remote
controlled.
b) Steel Windows: Replace existing aluminum windows (north elevation) with new
or used steel windows and framing. Product to be Hope's One55 Series' fixed Steel
Window, or similar with 'historic arrow true muntins'.
c) Light Fixture (Exterior Wall): Replace proposed light fixture with a galvanized
outdoor light - 'Urban Barn 11-1 /4" high galvanized indoor / outdoor light, Style
#W4595 by Lamps Plus, or similar.

Canopy Details: See attached.
New entry door on north elevation: Similar to Trudoor Steel Lite Kit and Glass.
Glass to be double glazed with a tempered glass, outboard and a translucent
glass, inboard. See attachments. , A40 `
