Brian I'm writing in support of the renovations proposed for 1101 E 11th St. I own a residence directly across
from the property in question. Getting back to the original brick, restoring the coping, and seeing the structure
used are the most important factors to me.
The staff brought up some good points regarding the styling of the doors. I hope some middle ground can be
found at the meeting to address that. Overall I think this is a lovely proposal.
