Concerning the initializing of the submittals, she can initial the cover sheet and be fine.
On the photos, pasting them into the drawings is acceptable.
High resolution jpegs are preferred over printed photos. I do request a high resolution pdf of the drawings also, if
available. I get a better result of the staff reports that way.
On a second note, please comment on the pre-application meetings item on the agenda this month if you have time.

commission-agendas/121117%20LRHDC%20agenda.htm An email response would be great. I am seeking responses
from architects. The last three pages are the most recent.

Subject: COA Application Owner Initialing and Photographs
Brian,
It is our intent to submit the application for a COA for the property at 1101 Cumberland Street on Friday before 5pm. I
will be the agent for the owner (Dr. Delbra Caradine) and shall include in the application the cover letter, application
form / proof of ownership, authorization of representation statement, one set of 24”x 36" drawings, and 12 sets of a
bound 11”x17” booklet.
1.0 For clarification purposes, shall Dr. Caradine apply her initial to each sheet of the drawings and to each
sheet of the 12 sets of “11x17” documents within the bound booklet, or just the cover page to each?
2
2.0 Concerning the photographs, is it acceptable to electronically ‘paste / apply' the various digital color
photos onto the large and bound set of documents or shall they be loose photos?
Please clarify.
Thanks.
