Thanks Brian for your prompt response. We might consider the December 8th deadline as our goal. The circus arts
people remain and there is no intent to encompass that space nor any space further west. We’ll review the specifics of
the Conditional Use Permit to determine any issues. Great photo. Would be even better to have an original photo of the
north facade.
