To be more specific, the former Fashion Park Cleaners was acquired / rehabilitated years back by Wali Caradine to house his office space. In the rear of the building there is an unused space (currently used as storage) which is intended to become a private residence. The intent is to make facade improvement changes to the exterior (the north elevation along 11th Street) including the potential to remove the E.I.F.S. to expose the original brick wall only on the portions where the residence shall occur.
