Let me know if you wish to meet before you apply to the commission. Our deadlines for filing are November 10
and December 8, 2017. The HDC has not adopted the calendar for 2018, but probably will next week.
Are the circus arts people still there? Is this their space or the other space to the west of the building? The Conditional
Use Permit might come into play if you are using the west portion as a residence.

Brian,
I’m in the preliminary planning stage for the rehabilitation of a portion of the property on 11th and Cumberland
Street. To be more specific, the former Fashion Park Cleaners was acquired / rehabilitated years back by Wali
Caradine to house his office space. In the rear of the building there is an unused space (currently used as
storage) which is intended to become a private residence. The intent is to make facade improvement changes to
the exterior (the north elevation along 11th Street) including the potential to remove the E.I.F.S. to expose the
original brick wall only on the portions where the residence shall occur.
