Mr. Minyard,
On behalf of the Owner (Dr. Delbra Caradine), we are pleased to submit an application for
a Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) for the planned rehabilitation of an existing
warehouse space at 1101 Cumberland Street.
The application packet includes the
completed COA application form; proof of ownership; authorization form for my work as
the agent for the owner; one full size set of 24 x 36 drawings; and twelve (12) bound
11 "x 17" copies of the drawings, including manufacturer cut sheets.
