1) Concrete Steps at front of building
a) Remove concrete steps and footing.
b) Replace steps with concrete steps of same size, location, number of steps, height of riser and
length of tread, etc.
c) Broom finish on concrete treads is appropriate for safety. All other surfaces should be a smooth
trowel finish to match existing.
2) Handrail
a) Repair/replace/reinstall handrails with existing handrails or reproduce with same design,
location, materials, etc.
