I have attached a couple of drafts that the designer sent over. We plan to use the existing sign structure. These three signs will be affixed to the structure. At least that is my understanding. That is how it was done by the previous owner. Do these proofs meet the easement guidelines? If not, please let me know what needs to be done to be within the guidelines. Also, I intend to paint the front door the same color as the windows, a burnt red. Is this something that needs to be approved? I believe it will be a significant improvement to the façade of the home. Again, please let me know if there is something else that needs to be done. I very much appreciate the assistance.
