Thank you for speaking with me today regarding the property at 1008 Cumberland Street, Little Rock, AR 72202. As we
discussed, I am purchasing the property from the current owner on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. There has been some hail
damage and the roof needs to be replaced. I have spoken with my contractor and he recommends Tamko Architectural
Shingles in Rustic Black or Weathered Wood. I have attached a copy of the estimate and the Tamko website is as follows:

would like to proceed as quickly as possible with having the roof replaced. I appreciate your prompt attention to this
