Arkansas State Archives This letter is in response to the proposed project plans submitted to the
Delta Cultural center Arkansas Historic Preservation Program (AHPP) for our review. As you
are aware, AHPP holds a Deed of Conservation Easement on this
property and we are required to review and approve any alterations

grounds.

We have reviewed the proposed roofing replacement plans submitted
by Jack King of Jack King Custom Homes, LLC. AHPP staff members

have determined that the proposed work meets the Secretary of
Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation. We have no outstanding
concerns and approve of the work plans submitted. For phased
projects, plans for each phase of the project need to be submitted to
