It goes in the permanent record is they are scanned and put in the staff report. If you can scan some in jpeg format and
send to me that would be great. I was hoping to show a pattern of inactivity on his part and lack of maintenance on the
property in general. Like the letter or from of when it went on the UV list, letters about the house, and some on the
shed.
