On the cover letter, you need to include citizen input, activities, not being able to get a hold of the owner, reparability of
the structure, and housings authority to demolish in the rest of the city. See section on Demolitions only on page 2.
Address these as much as possible.
On #4 Obtain of a list of all recorded property owners… This is what I do not have the budget for. I thought I made this
clear in earlier emails. I can mail the letters once I get the names. But state law says we must have a hearing and notify
people in the area. The area is 150’ in all directions from the property and any property owners within his block that are
not listed.

I need the application filled out and a cover letter from you stating why and under what authority…
