Director Peck,
This is a property that several of my staff and I met with local residents about several weeks ago. We did some cutting
and cleaning and Brian Minyard and I are working on complying with the McArthur Historic District requirements prior
to demolishing the accessory structure. The house is deteriorated as well, but the neighbors said there may be buyers
but the owner is difficult to contact. We will continue to try and locate him.
I anticipate having a resolution within a week and I already have the emergency demo bid and contractor selected.
