When I was talking with Walter about the demolition hearing on the accessory building, he said that our department
should attempt to contact him to repair the shed. Not that It will work, but we can say that we attempted to contact
him at the hearing. I sent these certified return receipt requested to five addresses. I also sent them regular mail in a
plain white envelope with handwritten addresses.

I assume you are making the filing deadline of 5-11-18 for a Hearing on 6-11-18.
Please make sure that the company doing the title work for addresses understand the new rule. It is 150' around the
subject property AND anything else in that block bounded by 10th, Rock, 11th and Commerce that was not already
listed. I think it will be 17 addresses. Some owners own more than one lot. I will do the certified mailing when the time
comes.
