Dear Commission:
The Code Enforcement Division staff meet on April 16, 2018 with the neighbors
surrounding the above-mentioned property to discuss their concerns regarding the
condition of this structure and how it's affecting their quality of life.
Currently, the structure was declared UnsafeNacant in July 2014 and has continued to
deteriorate. The accessory structure is even worse and being used as housing for
homeless citizens from time to time.
Staff recommends immediate demolition of the accessory structure because of safety
issues.
