I am with the City of Little Rock Historic District Commission. Your property at 1320 Cumberland is within both the
Capitol Zoning District boundaries as well as the MacArthur Park Local Ordinance District boundaries. You will need this
COC to get your building permit. The original and some copies will be waiting for you or your contractor when you get
your permit. Ask for your original on goldenrod paper.
