Please understand these are approximate estimates. Item 1.: 7-16-17 thru 7-17-18 Being updated on new actions of Mr. Wilson preparing a request for approval from the HDC for his already constructed building and forming preliminary ideas on what might be presented in the meeting. ESTIMATED TIME = 2 hours Item 2.: 8-8-18 thru 8-10-18 Review of previous issues we had found and beginning to outline how to approach and present the one selected by City. Rescheduling time for meeting ESTIMATED TIME = 6 hours Item 3.: 8-22--18 thru 8-31-18 Review numerous documents related to this issue that were provided to us, such as transcripts and minutes of the Historic District Commission meetings, the building drawings, and depositions and exhibits in the matter of William Page Wilson and Paul Page Dwellings, LLC (Plaintiffs) vs Little Rock Historic Commission ( Defendant), building codes and technical publications accepted by the building code that apply to this issue. Reducing all this to a less technical approach that addresses the requested issue. ESTIMATED TIME = 18 hours Item 4.: 9-4-18 thru 9-5-18 Preparing a formal rough draft less technical report addressing the requested issue. Presenting such for review and then finalizing. ESTIMATED TIME = 4 hours Item 5.: 9-10-18 thru 9-11-18 Meeting with City and HDC representatives, attending HDC Agenda meeting. Attending Historic District Commission meeting where Mr. Wilson requested that his application be postponed until the next HDC meeting in October. His request was granted. Preparing a brief summary of where we were for the HDC meeting to help reduce future preparation time assuming the issue to be presented in the future HDC meeting remains the same. ESTIMATED TIME = 4 hours
