This meeting will take place next Monday, September 10, 2018 at 5:00 in the Board of Directors room in City Hall. As the circuit court’s jurisdiction ended with Mr. Wilson’s submittal of the new application, there are no issues regarding the litigation. However, in the event you are representing Mr. Wilson in any capacity in regards to the McMath building I wanted to make you aware of the meeting. Please recall that I am now the City Attorney’s Office representative on the Commission as the attorney who formerly handled this duty is retiring.
