Dear Mr. Wilson,
The item HDC18-013 for Exterior Siding at 1001 McMath Avenue, that was heard
before the Historic District Commission on August 13, 2018, was deferred at that
hearing to the September 10, 2018 hearing. The hearing will be held in the Board
Room at City Hall at 500 West Markham on the second floor. The meeting will begin at
5:00 p.m.
This deferral was at your request via your email dated July 30, 2018 in which you stated
that you would not have your notices mailed in time for the August meeting. Your
deadline to mail the notice for the September 10, 2018 meeting is August 31st. Please
refer to the instruction sheet for proper notice requirements. Here is a link to the
