If Page is deferring, are we ready to pull the trigger and have Jim get started? Are we looking at a 3-4 page memo and
having him at the meeting to explain and field questions? I’m in court this morning but should be back by 11:00 or so if

This should not be a problem. Staff will recommend deferral since you will not have your notices sent out on time. We
will recommend deferral to the September 10, 2018 hearing.

You will need to send your notices out by August 31, 2018 for the September 10, 2018 meeting. Please follow the
instructions for mailing exactly as written in the application form. Your file number is HDC18-014, you will need that for
the mailings.

Brian , I can not get abstract list till after the 13th or if I get it . I will not have the notices out on time. So I believe at this
time I just have a incomplete app. Call me if you want to discuss or text back. Not real sure what the procedure is, but I

I received your note along with your cover letter and building materials cut sheets that you would not be
available for the August 13th HDC meeting. Your options would be to defer to the September 10th
meeting or fill out the Authorization of Representation statement to authorize someone to make
decisions for you at the hearing.
Please let me know which option you would like to pursue.
