I received your note along with your cover letter and building materials cut sheets that you would not be available for
the August 13th HDC meeting. Your options would be to defer to the September 10th meeting or fill out the Authorization
of Representation statement to authorize someone to make decisions for you at the hearing.
Please let me know which option you would like to pursue.
