Subject:Historic District Commission - Design Review Committee Meeting
Mr. Kaplan, I wanted to inform you that Page Wilson is scheduled to meet with the Design Review Committee this
afternoon at 2:00. He will be submitting a preliminary application to the Historic District Commission. As I’m sure you
know from the pleadings filed in Mr. Wilson’s case, Caleb Garcia has been substituted for me as counsel of record. Ms.
Debra Weldon of this office will soon be retiring and I will be assuming her duties including providing counsel, exclusive
of litigation, for the Historic District Commission. I will be involved in any dealings Mr. Wilson may have with the
Commission solely in this capacity. I’m sure Mr. Wilson has informed you about the meeting this afternoon but in an
