Sherri –
I heard back from Page. He has started the application process. Because the application itself has changed, and will be
made under the new guidelines, and given the implementation of the Design Review Committee process, he is meeting
2
and conferring with folks to ensure that his application is complete and appropriate. It is his present intention to
complete the DRC process so that his COA application could be heard at the June Commission meeting.
I’ll let you know if I hear otherwise or further.
Regards,
Allison

Allison, please let me know as quickly as possible. We need to get some movement on this. And please know that Mr.
Kaplan told me early in this litigation that I was free to contact Mr. Wilson with or without counsel’s presence. I will
refrain from doing so in the future. –Sherri

Sherri,
I wanted to touch base on your email from March. I am in communication with Mr. Wilson about how he intends to
proceed, and I will update you when I am able. On a related point, under the circumstances, please communicate with
Mr. Wilson only through us, rather than sending messages to him directly, even as a copy.
Regards,
Allison
