To date Plaintiffs have not done so. The Order, entered October 4, 2017, states: Plaintiffs shall, within a reasonable time from the entry of this order, submit a new application to the Commission for a Certificate of Appropriateness for the Project (“New Application”). A copy of the Order is enclosed for your convenience. It has been over five months since entry of order. This is more than a reasonable amount of time. Please inform you clients that it will be necessary for them to file an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness. The application forms and the Commission’s Meeting Calendar are available at https://www.littlerock.gov/for-businesses/planning-and- development/.
