Brian, the link/applications sends me to the “Rivermarket Design Review Application.” Is that what we use for
407 Daisy Bates? Just checking

The link below has the application. Please let me know if I can do anything to help. Hate to toss this over to you, but did
not want to get myself in a situation where I could not deliver.

df is the application online. Read over the instructions carefully before you file. You will need to turn in all of your
drawings on June 8th with your application for the July 9 hearing. Go ahead and order your title search. Be sure that
your title company knows the new search area as stated in the application.
As always, I am here to answer any questions.

Hi Brian,
We have our drawings back from the architects and are sending them back for a few minor changes, but for the most part,
I think we are ready to go.
I want to make sure I do this correctly.
If we want to be on the agenda for the July 9 meeting, we need to file by June 8. Is there a hard copy application or an
online form? Will we just be filing to be on the agenda and then bring drawings and elevations with us on July 9, or do we
need to submit those beforehand.
Thanks,
Brent
