mentioned property submitted to the Arkansas Historic Preservation
Historic Arkansas Museum Program (AHPP) for our review. As you are aware, AHPP holds a
' Deed of Conservation Easement on this property and we are required

We have reviewed the description of proposed work including
reconstructing rear exterior stairs and porch railings, replacement of
roofing, and the installation of HVAC condenser units and supply lines.
AHPP staff members have determined that the proposed work meets
the Secretary of Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation. We have no
outstanding concerns and approve of the work description as
submitted.
