Yes. This is for Beverly Apartments right? Tom’s got a tax credit project on this, and the consultant was supposed to look
into it. The contractor claims he can’t go through the back wall of the building with the vent and needs to go out the
side. Most likely an amendment will have to be filed with NPS to make the change. I don’t know if the consultant has
provided Tom with any information about it yet.
