Here is the draft of the text of the COC. Please read and verify each item. You will need to get a permit
for this work (you or your contractors). After you approve the language, the copy will be at the permit
desk for you or your contractors to pick up.
Project Description with Conditions listed:
1) Front Entry (Front Door, Screen Door & Transom)
a) The overall appearance of the door is to remain the same as before repair.
b) Damaged pieces to have custom milled pieces replaced as needed.
c) Replace screen in screen door with bronze screen wire.
d) Strip and stain front door if desired.
2) Gutters
a) Replace existing gutters with same size and style gutters.
b) Downspouts (same size and style) to be in same location as before.
c) Paint downspouts as desired to camouflage.
3) Wood Soffit and Fascia Repair
a) Remove damaged soffit and fascia pieces and replace with wood boards of same
dimension, shape and profile.
b) Caulk, prime, and paint.
