To Whom It May Concern,
We, at Firm Foundation Ministries, plan to use the property at the above men-
tioned address for the following use:
The structure of the building will not change or be remodeled in any way.
The downstairs portion of the house will be used as follows: (14'X12')
kitchen will remain a kitchen, (18'X20') dining room will remain the dining
room, (18'X30') living room will be used as our chapel, (14'X17') bedroom will
be used as an office, (14'X18') bedroom will be used as a dormitory with 3
bunkbeds in it, and (14'X18') bedroom will be used for a staff sleeping quarters
with 2 beds in it.
The upstairs portion of the house will be used as follows: (12'X16') bedroom
will be used as a staff sleeping quarters with 2 beds in it, (12'X14') will be used
as a dormitory with 2 bunkbeds in it, (14'X16') bedroom will be used as a dor-
mitory with 3 beds in it, and (16'X35') bedroom will be used as a dormitory
with 8 bunkbeds in it.
No one on our staff or the students of our church own their own vehicles so
there will be no need for off road parking. The church owns 3 vans that have no
difficulties parking in the available space.
