f Ord' ances, Chapter 20, Article I, Section 20-2
(A) and (B) , Subsection (s) 1, { ) 2, which are the Premise and Vacant Lot
standards for the City of Le Ro
You are hereby directed to comply and continue compliance with the item(s)
checked below within SEVEN (7) days of this notice. Failure to comply and
maintain compliance with these requirements will result in the Neighborhood
Programs Division of the City of Little Rock taking whatever action necessary to
correct said condition when it is determined that a violation exists. Nc
further notice will be issued for violations occurring within one year from the
date of this notice. If action is required to be taken by the city, a MINIMUN
COST OF $75.00 PLUS ADMINISTRATIVE FEES will be charged PER LOT to the owner for
each time we are required to take corrective action. FAILURE TO PAY THIS COST
WI L RESULT IN A LIEN BEING FILED AGAINST SAID PROPERTY. (ARK statue 14-54-903).
