Due to a request for a rezoning of property at 1518-1520 the Department of Planning and Development has undertaken a review of the Land Use Plan for the area. Land Use is a guide which is used to determine appropriate zoning. At the February 19, 1998 Planning Commission meeting a proposal will be presented to change the Land Use Plan for your property from Mixed to Commercial (definitions attached).
