Dear Mr. Carpenter,
The Pulaski County Assessor's Office lists you as the owner of Block 40, Lot 10
of the Centennial Addition, City of Little Rock (1516 Wright Avenue). Due to a
request for a rezoning of property at 1518-1520 the Department of Planning and
Development has undertaken a review of the Land Use Plan for the area. Land
Use is a guide which is used to determine appropriate zoning.
At the February 19, 1998 Planning Commission meeting a proposal will be
presented to change the Land Use Plan for your property from Mixed to
Commercial (definitions attached). This does not change the zoning of your
property nor affect how the property is taxed.
