The upstairs rooms feature a dark wallpaper and sky wallpaper ceiling in two rooms. One room is painted peptobismal pink. One room has wall to wall carpet installed. The decking will be assessed for deterioration and repaired at- replaced as needed. New felt paper will be applied followed by new shingles in file some potters as the existing shingles. A new roof ormrment will be fabricated from ri to match the other gable scrolls and will be installed on the uppermost gable. The owner has consulted Paul Pat let with the easement program and received approval. The walls and ceilings will be repaired as needed, primed and printed. '%"- The carpet will be removed and either new carpel will be installed or the wood floors will be repaired or new wood floors will be installed to match the existing woodfloors in the other bedrooms. Plywood is under the carpet and pad and it is unknown what is under the plywood.
