That is fine with me if it is fine with AHPP. I will make a note of it.

Brian,
Great! Lots of moving pieces.
Just to confirm we’re cleared to use two architectural asphalt shingles versus the current tri-tab. Color will be
similar (Georgian brick) to what we have now.
“NOTE: This estimate is for installation of the Grand Manor shingles in combination with CertainTeed Carriage
House shingles to create a custom pattern/ design.”

Mr. Degraff,
I have written your COC Certificate of Compliance for the exterior work at 1010 Scott Street (painting
and roofing). In addition to the emailed version, I have mailed your two copies to the 1010 Scott
address. As the letter states, you will need a copy of this COC and the letter from AHPP in order to get
your permit.
Thank you and good luck on the repair maintenance work.

Okay, Tom, will you send me a letter or email for the files saying that the tax credit is okay with the
easement? I have the permit software upstairs keyed to not issue permits without a letter from AHPP.

Hi Brian,
When we have a state tax credit project on an easement property, I defer to Tom for the approval
letters as he reviews the proposed scope of work and proposed materials for those projects.
Cheers,

Tom, will you send me a scan of the tax credit form so I can write my COC on the roofing? Paul, can I get
a copy of the letter of approval on the Easement? I will be set on the COC after I get these.

Good afternoon Thom,
I checked with Tom Marr as I knew you had an open state tax credit application for this project. He
signed off on the application with the scope of work outlined on May 8, 2018, so you should be able to
get the building permit from the city without an issue.
Cheers,
Paul

Gentlemen,
It’s been a few months, but we’re ready to get the ball rolling in September.
Are ya’ll able to confirm we’re able to move forward with the roof replacement?

The cresting will be kept the same rectangles and the missing ones (+ broken rooster) will
fabricated by Bray sheet metal.
Thanks in advance!
