I checked with Tom Marr as I knew you had an open state tax credit application for this project. He signed off on the
application with the scope of work outlined on May 8, 2018, so you should be able to get the building permit from the
city without an issue.

It’s been a few months, but we’re ready to get the ball rolling in September.
Are ya’ll able to confirm we’re able to move forward with the roof replacement?
The cresting will be kept the same rectangles and the missing ones (+ broken rooster) will fabricated by Bray
sheet metal.

Attached is our revised estimate for the installation of the CertainTeed Grand Manor/ Carriage
House designer roof on your home. I have added copper valley metal, copper HVAC exhaust
covers, warranty registration/ transferability, color selection, and adjusted cost of shingle
materials. Please review at your convenience and let me know if you require further revisions or
if you have additional questions and/ or requests.
