This Construction Contract Agreement (this "Agreement") is made as of the 23 day of June,
2019 by and between
, an individual at 1419 Commerce, Little
Rock, AR 72202 ("Owner) and Terry Morgan ("Contractor"). Owner and Contractor may each
be referred to in this Agreement individually as a "Party' and collectively as the "Parties."
The Parties agree as fobow .
1. Description of work. Contractor shall perform the following described work at 1419
Commerce Street, Little Rock, AR 72202 (the "Property"), in accordance with Owner's
contract plans and specifications, this Agreement and an Change Order, as defined
herein (collectively, the "Contract Documents"): installing new front porch and installing
new rook (the "Work")
2. Contract Price and Payments. Owner agrees to pay Contractor the total amount of
$3,550.00, which includes the $50 service charge (the "Contract Price"). Payment of this
amount is subject to additions or deductions in accordance with any mutually
agreement to changes and/or modifications in the Work. Payment will be made by cash
or check, according to the following schedule:
• $1,750 deposit, due upon the execution of this Agreement
• $1,800 balance due upon completion of the Work
3. Completion. Work under this Agreement shall begin on June 24, 2019. Upon completion
of the Work, Contractor shall notify Owner that the Work is ready for final acceptance
and Owner shall make the final payment the day of final acceptance.
