Good Morning Brian,
I am writing to you this morning regarding 1419 Commerce. I saw the agenda for next Monday's meeting
regarding the demolition request of this house. While Crystal and I are not in the radius to get the notice, I
wanted to reach out to you to say that we oppose the demolition. As the notice states, this is a contributing
structure to the district and with proper care and resources it can be revived. In fact, we would be interested in
purchasing this property for future rehabilitation and are working on securing funds so that we can approach the
owner. I plan on being at the meeting on Monday evening to see what the outcome is for this property and for
1414 Park.
