I, Jarrod Gray being duly sworn, depose and state; I have inspected the structure
located at 1419 Commerce Street, February 16, 2020. This building is extensively
damaged by fire. In its present condition, the building constitutes an immediate fire
hazard to the community and is otherwise dangerous to human life. This building
should be removed, repaired or demolished as soon as possible for the health, safety
and welfare of the community.
