Dear Commission:
The City of Little Rock Code Enforcement Division has been unsuccessful in getting the
owner of the above-mentioned property to correct any interior or exterior violations
identified during an inspection of the property since notification on January 24, 2012.
The structure was declared UnsafeNacant in 2012 and has continued to deteriorate
and is a nuisance within the neighborhood and city.
Staff recommends immediate demolition of the structure because of the various safety
issues it poses.
