This is to advise you that the time allowed to bring the above-referenced structure into compliance with
the Little Rock Housing Code has expired.
This structure is tentatively scheduled to be submitted to the Little Rock Board of Directors for
condemnation consideration.
To discuss this situation prior to the Board of Directors action, you may call E.J. Garland between 8:00
a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at (501) 371-4748 to schedule an appointment.
If you wish to appeal the condemnation consideration for this structure, please contact E.J. Garland by
Decebmer 6, 2017.
Please be prepared to discuss and/or provide the following:
(1) Current Owner contact information
(2) Complete work write-up of the renovations.
(3) Evidence of the financial capacity to complete the renovations.
(Bank Statement, Contractor In-Kind Services, Loan Approval Letter, Line of Credit,
etc.) The available funds should equal the renovation estimate based on the H ousing
Developer Pro Software Program.
