It seems like someone (maybe from the city?) did not show-up although advanced notice was given, so the meeting was rescheduled for tomorrow with little notice given? I delayed a work trip in order to make it to the meeting tonight but will be unable to attend the meeting tomorrow. This is frustrating for me because I want to move forward and I believe it might also be frustrating for the board who has been dealing with this structure and broken promises for years. It appears I really didn't or would not have much of a say since I was not the one applying for the demolition permit event though I am the owner. My plan is to have the remaining parts of the burnt out structure torn down as soon as possible with a permit. My plan is to pay for the demolition of the structure myself as the owner of the lot in order to prepare it for a new built in the near future. Please advise me on the next steps I need to take after the meeting tomorrow in order to move forward with the demolition. The last big storm has separated two of the walls of the failing structure and I am concerned it could fall at any moment and injure someone who might be trying to use the structure to escape the weather or in there doing other things the structure appears to be contributing to the neighborhood- a place to drink, use drugs and have sex by some homeless individuals.. I will be available by phone tomorrow, probably by the meeting time if I need to be reach for any other information. 501-804-7187 Thanks Greg On Mon, Aug 12, 2019 at 5:58 PM Minyard, Brian <BMinyard@littlerock.gov> wrote: Notice of an additional meeting of the Historic District Commission: The Historic District Commission adjourned the meeting of August 12th without disposing any of the items due to quorum issues.
