We deferred the items till tomorrow at 2:00 in the HR training room. We had to defer for the Arts Center anyway, so we
deferred everything. Out bylaws allow us to adjourn non a day to day basis if needed.
We must see one of you there tomorrow at 2:00 for the item to be voted on. Mr. Thomas showed up with two other
guys. Mr. Smith, the new owner was there also.
