I spoke with Ms. Battles this morning and she said she would pass my number along to the Pastor of the church that
owns this property. Based on the existing condition and request from LRFD, this structure fits our "emergency"
demolition requirements. I will discuss with Victor the fact it's in the McArthur Historic District and advise you of his
thoughts.
If the pastor has not contacted me within 48 hours and we have approval to move forward with demolition, I will call
you first. If the pastor is willing to sale, he will be provided your contact information so that you may reach out to your
buyer.
