420 E 9th? I think there is a typo.
On 1419 Commerce, this is his pattern to pay his taxes every four years. How do we break this cycle?

My potential buyer says that 1414 Park will be going to auction in April of 2019. If a property is certified to the state,
does that mean that it is totally out of our hands until it goes to auction?
