Thanks for calling me back today concerning the Schmelzer House at 1414 Park Lane. We would like to start a
conversation about saving the house and what that would take.
Unfortunately, I do not know of any city grants to restore the house. Here is a link to tax credits that you may be
eligible: http://www.arkansaspreservation.com/Preservation-Services/rehabilitation-tax-credits As a non-profit, you
could sell the credits to individuals or businesses that need the tax breaks.
